Independent Marketing Planning & Execution
• Independently plan and execute annual and quarterly B2B marketing and branding
activities aligned with business goals.
• Act as the main marketing contact point for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to promote brand presence and client engagement.
• Manage marketing timelines, priorities, and budgets with minimal supervision.
Event Planning & Management (Core Focus)
• Plan and organize B2B events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and
client engagement programs.
• Manage vendors, venues, production, logistics, and event materials end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Sales and FPT Marketing for co-branding or joint events when
applicable.
• Ensure professional brand image and smooth on-site execution.
• Track leads and evaluate event effectiveness.
Branding & Marketing Communication
• Build and maintain consistent brand presence across touchpoints.
• Develop marketing materials: brochures, presentations, banners, event visuals, social
media creatives, etc.
• Ensure brand alignment with corporate/FPT branding guidelines.
• Maintain brand asset library and marketing collateral.
Cross-team & External Coordination
• Work closely with Sales and Business teams to support pipeline generation and client
engagement.
• Collaborate with FPT Marketing for campaigns, media, or brand compliance when
needed.
• Coordinate with agencies,
designers, and event vendors independently.
Design & Creative Execution
• Create basic visual materials using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Adapt designs for events, digital channels, and sales materials.
• Brief and manage external design resources when required.
