- Provide in-depth pre-test and post-test consultations in person and via phone, addressing patient concerns and recommending treatment options.
- Educate patients on preventative care, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
* Compliance and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive and compliant medical reports for all consultations and treatments.
- Ensure all medical practices and documentation adhere to Vietnamese healthcare regulations.
* Collaboration and Professional Development:
- Work collaboratively with other medical specialists and the laboratory team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in urology and andrology through continuous learning and training opportunities.
* Revenue Growth and Efficiency:
- Provide high-quality medical consultations and treatments that encourage patient trust and satisfaction, contributing to the clinic's positive reputation and patient retention.
- Actively participate in initiatives to expand services by identifying patient needs and promoting additional clinic offerings in line with ethical and medical standards.
- Support efforts to improve efficiency by following established protocols, minimizing waste, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize the patient experience and workflow.
