Mô tả công việc
Back Office Administration:
Manage office supplies and equipment
Make a monthly report about company back-office operations
Collaborate with an external accounting & law agency for recurring tasks
Coordinate for employee travel, meetings, and events
Maintain all hard and soft copies of office paperwork
Manage company emails, ID/PW etc.
Monitor external service providers
Human Resources:
Communicate with the agency and provide necessary information
Oversee all recruitment processes and candidates
Oversee staffs' monthly compensation, attendance, and KPI tracker
Identify HR issues at the company report to the upper management
Accounting:
Communicate with the agency and provide necessary information
Manage monthly value-added tax status
Report monthly company cash status
Yêu cầu
Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, Business administration or any related major
Required: Experience of 2 - 3 years
Required: Low - Medium English proficiency
