3. OB REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-6+ years experience in backend development
• Strong in [protected info] / Go (or similar backend languages)
• Solid understanding of system design & distributed systems
• Experience with databases, caching, async processing

• Care about performance, clean code, and reliability
• Age: 27 - 40 years old
• Gender: Male/Female
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology,
Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
4.TECH / PROGRAMMING:
• You've worked with [protected info] (TypeScript) or Go to build backend services
• You're comfortable with frameworks like NestJS, Express, or Gin
• You've handled PostgreSQL/MySQL and used Redis for caching
• You understand event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• You've built or worked with real-time features using WebSocket
• You're familiar with MQTT and IoT-style communication (EMQX, Mosquitto, HiveMQ)
• You've likely used Docker and designed production-ready APIs
