- Create efficient, maintainable, and performance-optimized code
- Build and maintain core UI component libraries for company-wide use
- Lead the implementation of complex frontend features and ensure code quality
- Learn and apply Japanese development standards and best practices through direct mentorship
- Participate in our agile development process from architecture planning to testing
Your Skills and Experience
***Must have:
- At least two year experience as a web developer.
- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript at least 2 years experience ( NodeJS/JavaScript experience is required )
- TOEIC 800 / IELTs 6.0 or equivalent English skill
- We highly value the ability to think deeply and logically and to analyze things, more than knowledge or current experience.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and love solving problems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work both in-office and remotely.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, high motivation, and solid work ethics.
