Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service.
Be knowledgeable about menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
Handle guest requests and complaints effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
Process billing and payments when required.
