Job Summary:
Supervise staff grooming, performance, and teamwork to ensure high service standards. Coordinate with guests and internal departments to meet guest needs and maintain a smooth operation. Monitor lounge/dining areas for seating, service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
Support management in staff training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and handling requests professionally. Maintain a polished appearance, protect confidential information, and uphold company standards at all times.
Perform physical tasks as required, including standing for long periods, handling equipment, and moving items. Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu
High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
