Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes and hotel standards.
Serve wine, beer and other beverages according to service standards.
Check guest identification when necessary to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
Clean glassware, utensils, equipment and workstations according to hygiene standards.
Maintain beverage inventory and inform supervisors of low stock levels or expired products.
Maintain and operate POS systems accurately during service.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience in Bars, Restaurants, Lounges or Hotels is preferred.
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation and Bar operations. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Good communication and guest service skills.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
