Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA) Duties:
Work closely with the QA Lead and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure the platform meets fashion retail eCommerce standards.
Assist in creating and executing manual test cases to ensure that features and functionalities work as expected, focusing on customer journey, product pages, checkout, and other key eCommerce processes.
Perform software testing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring that the online store operates smoothly.
Report, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with
developers.
Document and maintain test plans, ensuring complete coverage of all product features.
Conduct performance testing to ensure the platform handles high traffic during peak shopping periods (e.g., promotions, new collections).
Web Administration Duties:
Set up and manage landing pages for fashion campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Support the Onsite Marketing team by managing daily product uploads, deal changes, and ensuring correct product visibility during campaigns (UM, Category, Brand).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making adjustments to product offers and visuals to improve sales.
Ensure product display pages (PDP) are accurate, well-organized, and feature high-quality images and descriptions, collaborating with the merchandising and content teams.
Ensure the availability of key fashion items (SSKU) for ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Track and report on campaign visibility and effectiveness, providing insights for future marketing activities.
Collaboration:
Work directly with the Marketing, Design, and Development teams to ensure that the eCommerce platform is optimized for product discovery, customer engagement, and conversion.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the online store.
Assist in planning and executing new feature rollouts, campaigns, and updates to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Bachelor's degree in IT, eCommerce, or a related field.
Experience in fashion retail or eCommerce platforms is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, particularly for fashion and apparel.
Experience in quality assurance, web content management, and basic website administration.
Familiarity with SEO principles, UX/UI for eCommerce, and conversion optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
