RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
Work alongside IMC Manager to run media and sampling operations, support the exploration and roll-out of Bel Vietnam's first loyalty & CRM program, and bring AI into the team's way of working.
1.Media, Partnerships & Sampling Activation (60%)
- Support daily media operations: campaign tracking, performance reporting and agency coordination.
- Support e-retail media on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop,...) and track its performance.
- Coordinate sampling activations with vendors and internal teams, and track results against targets.
- Support partner discussions and the evaluation of sponsorships, marketing partnerships and new media opportunities.
2.Digital Transformation - Loyalty & CRM (30%)
- Support IMC Manager in exploring loyalty & CRM models from the market and Bel's other countries, and work with IMC Manager to define the right model for Bel Vietnam.
- Support the pilot launch of the platform, track early results and apply test-and-learn to improve before scaling.
3.AI & Media Capability (10%)
- Coordinate with partners to organise media and AI workshops, and help apply AI tools to daily work.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Good understanding of digital media: how major platforms buy and deliver (auction, targeting, formats, attribution) and core metrics (CPM, CTR, VTR, CPA, ROAS, reach/frequency). Practical media knowledge will be assessed during the interview.
- Good numerical and data-handling skills; comfortable building reports and drawing conclusions from data.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, lookup) and PowerPoint; experience platform ads managers is a plus.
- Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) in study or work.
- English: good in speaking & writing.
- Detail-oriented, organised, proactive and accountable; able to follow tasks through to completion.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with agencies and internal stakeholders.
