Job Responsibilities:
• To be a mixologist/Barista, providing technical supports (R&D, training, product demonstrations, etc.) for all clients of LongBeach, especially key accounts;
• Research, develop, and innovate drink concepts and update drinking trend for customer's LTO as well as internal communication;
• Manage, operate & preserve LongBeach studio;
• Execute and monitor LongBeach brand activations and sponsorships/events according to plan (include measurement, performance analysis, and propose adjusting plan);
• Setup and operating and report of LongBeach branding activities monthly;
• Support sales team to get more customers;
• To assist, operate & participating in events in request as Road Show and Exhibitions (Such as Food and Hotel Vietnam, Cafe Show, VIETFOOD or related exhibition);
• Take responsible work as assigned and Report to supervisors upon request.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications / Skills:
• Passion for food and beverage trends and the hospitality industry
• Proven expertise as a Mixologist or Barista
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and network externally
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills plus the ability to flex your style to reflect key customer needs.
• Sound commercial acumen
• Well organized and ability to meet deadlines through strong project management discipline.
• Some flexibility regarding working hours and be willing to travel (circa 30% traveling nationwide)
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position
• Good command of written and spoken English/ Vietnamese
• Interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Able to travel upcountry occasionally
• Language: Vietnamese (Proficient) and English (Proficient)
