Beverage Manager

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Proven track record in beverage management and cost control
Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Proficiency in inventory management and beverage ordering software
Experience with POS systems and their application in beverage operations
Solid understanding of food and beverage pairing principles
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and mixology techniques
Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety practices
Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
