- Design and develop dashboards using Amazon QuickSight and/or Qlik.
- Transform data and semantic models into actionable business insights.
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards.
- Manage datasets, SPICE refreshes and dashboard access.
- Work with standardized semantic models to ensure data consistency.
- Develop self-service analytics datasets, templates and user guides.
- Train and support end-users in using dashboards and self-service analytics.
- Monitor dashboard usage and collect user feedback.
- Support AI Analytics by validating AI chatbot results against dashboards.
- Maintain dashboard documentation and Report Catalog
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BI Development, Data Visualization or Data Analytics.
- Hands-on BI experience with datasets, dashboards, parameters and calculated fields.
- Intermediate or above SQL skills.
- Good Data Visualization skills.
- Ability to understand business KPIs and translate them into effective dashboards.
- Basic or above knowledge of Qlik Cloud/Sense.
- Amazon QuickSight/Amazon Q experience is preferred.
- UX/UI or data storytelling skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and user-oriented mindset.
- Able to read English documents and communicate in English when required
