FGL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM 2021 (FMTP) is the first management trainee recruitment program of Fashion Garments Vietnam. With the strategy of continuously growing and expanding business in Vietnam, we are seeking for young talents who have passion and commitment to grow their career path aligned with FGL's core values, including Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and continuous improvement for a better life.
FGL is willing to equipped our MTs with many opportunities to learn functional and technical aspects of our business, as well as general leadership skills in various functions:
- Planning (Working location: Tan Phu or Bien Hoa (Dong Nai)_
- Lean (Working location: Tan Phu or Bien Hoa (Dong Nai))

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
🔹 Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate with less than 01 year of experience
🔹 Major: Textiles/ garments related majors, Industrial management, Economics / Business Administration, Supply chain/ Import-Export, Finance.
🔹GPA: At least 7.0 or equivalent
🔹Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (both English and Vietnamese).
(Notes: the candidates who hold an English certificate (IELTS >=5.5 or TOEIC >=700, please send the scanned certificate with your CV to be exempt from the English Proficiency test)
🔹Skill: Leadership & social influence, critical thinking & analysis, problem-solving, innovative thinking
🔹Have interest in manufacturing environment/ production/ textile/ garments
🔹Be able to work full-time from August, 2021
