1. Duties and responsibilities:
• Check the data input in the system with quotations and cost to ensure accuracy of final bills.
• Process customer's billing accurately and within requested time per their requirements and according to company policy
• Issue original debit note combined with other required documents and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
• Manage the outstanding account receivables of customers by following up the payment schedule and making reminders for timely payments to customers.
• Answer all of customers' inquiries and handle complaints from customers regarding debit notes.
• Manage customers' information by checking the contracts to know credit terms and other terms related to billing team.

2. Requirements:
► Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or the equivalent fields
• At least 6 months of Account Receivable, Invoicing/Transportation/Logistics related experience.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Basic English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Being proactive in solving related issues
• Being able to work under high pressure
3. Working condition & Benefits:
• Working Place: KWE HAN Office, 8th floor TTC buidling, 19 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Net salary: Negotiable & Attractive
• Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
• Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
