Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with BIM guidelines and in compliance with Singapore government regulations and requirements.
• Manage the 3D modeling process (Architecture/Structure) and ensure model quality in line with project BIM requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Dalux.
• Understand and manage the process of generating schematic and construction drawings based on 3D models (Architecture/Structure).
• Perform clash detection to coordinate between disciplines (Architecture/Structure).
• Prepare Clash Detection Reports for BIM and technical coordination meetings.
• Manage BIM-related workflows, implementation processes, best practices, and technical solutions, including associated BIM tools.
• Carry out submissions to relevant authorities and ensure all required forms, drawings, and BIM models are fully and accurately submitted.
• Maintain accurate As-Built / Record models throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements
• Preference for candidates with basic or advanced knowledge of Revit.
• Graduated or awaiting graduation in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or MEP, HVAC from local or overseas universities.
• Passionate about BIM and the construction industry.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team. Dynamic, responsible, and with a positive attitude.

WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (1.5-hour lunch break)
