1. Target and biomarker exploration research based on genomic and proteomic data.
2. NGS data analysis and analysis method construction
Requirements
1. Major: Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer science
2. Software skills (such as R, Python, Linux, Galaxy and etc)
3. Proficiency: Gene mutation analysis from genomic datasets (ex; WES) of cancer
tissue. Omics data analysis (bulk RNAseq, scRNAseq, transcriptome, proteomics etc)
from tissue & organoid.
4. Language: Vietnamese and English
