You are an organized and detail-focused individual with a talent for managing finances? As a Part-time Bookkeeper at Hub Hoi An, you will be essential in overseeing our financial records, supporting the team, and ensuring our daily administrative functions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record and manage all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and general ledger entries.
Regularly balance bank accounts and track financial data.
Generate financial reports and summaries to keep management informed.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Handle invoicing and monitor outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments.
Support the administration team by keeping precise records of sales, income and expenses.
Aid in preparing tax returns and meeting other financial regulatory requirements.
Provide general administrative support, including document organization and management.

Proficiency in managing spreadsheets.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Effective communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a capacity to work independently.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial management is advantageous.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
