WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Manage daily bookkeeping activities including journal entries, AP, AR, and payroll processing.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other general ledger accounts.
Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for assigned clients.
Handle basic tax-related documentation (e.g., sales tax filings) when required.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain strong client communication and update them on financial matters regularly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.).
English proficiency: Advanced English skills (professional-level verbal and written communication).
Nice to have:
Preferably within an outsourcing or accounting services firm.
Good understanding of general accounting principles.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
