1. BPS (Bosch Production System) Methodology:
Support Lean Manufacturing (BPS) activity including training preparation, documentation, workshops, and improvement projects.
Support 5S, Suggestion Scheme activities through coordination, system administration, data tracking, and communication.
Collect and analyze data to support continuous-improvement initiatives.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and project updates. 2. Industrial Engineering:
Support time studies, cycle-time measurement, and production time-data analysis.
Assist with standardized work, line balancing, and operator workload analysis.
Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
Undergraduate student majoring in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Good command of English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, proactive, highly disciplined, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and figures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is preferred.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
