Your tasks
We are looking for an HMI Test Engineer Intern to validate and verify Human Machine Interface (HMI) features for automotive infotainment, digital cockpit, and cluster systems. The engineer will be responsible for manual and automated testing, defect analysis, and system-level validation to ensure high-quality user experience and compliance with OEM requirements.
Responsibilities
Validate functionality of infotainment, cluster, HVAC, navigation, media, and ADAS visualization.
Collaborate with
developers, system engineers, UX teams, and OEM customers.
Your profile
- 3rd or final year student majoring in Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Official university recommendation letter with the university stamp (mandatory). This document will be required after you successfully pass Bosch's interview process.
Exception: For students from HCM University of Science and HCM University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the university will send the recommendation letter directly to Bosch. You do not need to obtain a separate copy yourself. - Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Good knowledge in HMI testing, infotainment, digital cockpit, or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet / SOME-IP
- Good knowledge in Vector CANoe / CANalyzer; ADB / Android logcat/ Linux or Android-based systems.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze logs and debug system issues.
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge with Python
