Job Summary
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge to monitor and control bounce rate of Predue and no-touching customer segment via monitoring bounce rate closely (via reports) and Predue performance hence having proper action plans to improve bounce rate.
- Build up and monitor the communication plan with customers via communication channels such as email, ZNS, SMS, ...
- Work with related divisions to deploy bounce rate improvement plans which are approved by Management.
- Build up strategy, plan for Predue team to lead team reach target
- Build up training plan about related knowledge, soft skills and contact with relevant teams such as HR training to deploy training plan to Predue staff regularly.
- Regularly review Predue team's process with Predue team leader to simplify workflow and improve effectiveness of team
- Guide and support team leader of Predue team to manage team and reach target.
- Control and saving expense (telephone cost) by looking for new communication channels.
- Other assigned tasks from Dept Head.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: University degree in MIS/Information System, Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Finance, Economics or equivalent fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Credit Risk Analytics, Retail Banking Analytics, Retail Risk Analytics or Credit Scoring, ..., at banks or consumer finance companies with using analytical tools such as advanced Excel, SAS, Oracle, SQL
- Knowledge: - Having logical thinking, statistical and mathematical knowledge.
- Experience in banking/consumer finance is required. - Skills: - Analytical Thinking: The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
- Strong at numerical skills, quick learner.
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Languages capability: Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
