Mô tả công việc
Brand Promotor
•Be responsible for representing brands to all business partners/trade/consumers engagement for both
online and offline.
•Seek avenues to constantly grow the knowledge and capability of the company's employees, local
customers, wholesalers network.
•Promote brands on all social media platforms in line with brand standards.
•Represent your brand and reflect its genuine core values and tirelessly reflect its premium quality and positioning.
•To be the point of contact for market requirements on all educational and promotional materials used across the market.
•Educate confidently key stakeholders about all aspects of the brand, including trade to an excellent standard such that they become mini brand ambassadors through genuine passion.
•Continuously engage with the top of the trade to build brand loyalty.
Sales Support and Growth
•Support sales teams in identifying and opening new accounts and points of distribution. Cocktail listings, trade deals etc.
•Build partnership with prospective businesses/organization/KOLs community who have the same target consumers.
•Identify lighthouse accounts and build & foster relationships.
Events and training
•Host training for the trade and host events, dinners for private clients.
•Support market penetration and review each event to help to improve the protocol and maintain best practice.
•Create, participate, plan and execute any promotional ideas for events of all sizes (bar takeovers, bar shows etc...)
•When needed, support on events that are outside of your immediate brands in order to support the company.
Reporting
•Monthly reports to be conducted on market & competitor intelligence as well as volume growth and new distribution points. To be reported to Sales director in a timely fashion.
•Provide monthly CRM report summary of all account visits, Sales Performance, OP list updated monthly, Targeted account list updated monthly. Report back to Sales director on this monthly

Yêu cầu công việc
•Be comfortable with English (writing and speaking) as working in an international environment.
•Minimum 1 - 2 years of marketing experience with international FMCG/ F&B/ Luxury industry would be a strong advantage.
•Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
•Ability to communicate with people of various backgrounds and interest from bartenders and managers.
•Ability to work independently and flexibly; Excellent team work skills.
•Preferably mixologists, well connected in trade.
•Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Minimum 1 - 2 years of marketing experience with international FMCG/ F&B/ Luxury industry would be a strong advantage.
