- Active roles in assist SBM in marketing annual planning, and integrated campaign ideation and quarterly reports.
- Manage performance of all biscuit brands, own monthly report and manage marketing budget.
- Develop implementation plan and lead execution of all projects with support of subordinates and work well with relevant functions/ partners (internal/external...)
- Lead and coach team members and cooperate well with across functions esp. trade/sales
🖊️ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans for assigned brands, while monitoring sales, market share, brand performance, and monthly Marketing/Trade activities
- Analyze market research, consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, including SWOT, to identify opportunities and propose appropriate brand initiatives
- Propose and coordinate product development and adaptation for the Vietnam market, including product flavors, pack sizes, formulations, labels, declarations, pricing, and required regulatory approvals
- Coordinate the development of advertising, product information, and promotional materials, and manage consumer complaints with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor market prices, analyze pricing information, and coordinate with relevant parties on price changes
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL, BTL, Direct Marketing, and promotional activities, including promotional materials and product samples
- Collaborate closely with Sales,
Trade Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and business activities and maintain smooth internal coordination
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor trade activities and distributor/outlet coverage, and develop marketing initiatives to improve market coverage
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the Brand Team, monitor ABM/ME performance, and support their marketing capability and career development
- Plan, manage, and monitor the approved A&P budget to ensure effective utilization
- Conduct performance appraisal for assigned Brand Team members and ensure achievement of established business objectives and KPIs
