Brand Management: To develop and implementation marketing and promotion plan for the assigned
brands/products as agreed with Category Manager
Build ideas, messages & images of the brands and of each specific Marketing campaign.
Make plans for brand communication and POSM at sale point: promotion plan, customer interaction plan, customer care plan...
Develop detailed plans for each marketing program/event.
Manage & monitor the brand performance both commercially and visibility in line with company's target and budget.
Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.
Manage A&P budget affective and in line with company's value chain.
Trade Supporting
Create Route to Market of brands by SKU
Build and deploy trade MKT plan by key account : guidance for in- store - planogram, visibility, sampling, sponsorship
Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
Others operation
Deeply understand the situation, market trends as well as the needs and tastes of consumers to discuss, brainstorm and input for Marketing plans which best serve the needs of customers and consumers.
Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
Work with others departments to carry out the necessary duties occur by daily operation.

Yêu cầu công việc
Major: Marketing, Business Administration
At least 2 years experience as Assistant Brand Manager position
Priority for work experience in Marketing, Trade marketing, BTL
Good command of English
Communicate effectively.
Flexible approach to work

Good critical thinking and analytical thinking
At least 2 years experience as Assistant Brand Manager position
