• Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints (online and offline).
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Track and analyze key brand metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, local partnerships, events, etc.) to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Manage the creation and distribution of compelling content (blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product development) to ensure brand consistency in all customer-facing aspects.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring all brand touchpoints deliver a positive and memorable experience.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget Management:
- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
