Brand Manager / Senior Assistant Brand Manager

CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to take responsibilities for:
Category Brand Activities Excellence (40%)
Assist the Brand Manager in executing the Marketing plan.
Coordinating with Sales and Trade Teams to carry out effective campaigns, and achieve strong category growth.
Liaise closely with Marcom Team/Agencies/Trade for branding and consumer communication activities.
Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
Ensure Smooth Operation (40%):
Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
Lead cross functions to run the NPD process to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam.
Management of PnL and marketing budgets within agreed targets.
Follow up and control Marketing expenses.
Smoothly cooperate with other Departments to handle tasks related to the brand in charge.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Brand Strategic Planning (20%):
Support the Brand Manager in planning for Annual Marketing and Communication.
Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitors' movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for brand planning.
Conduct market or consumer research with research houses to explore consumer insights, fine-tune product concepts, and amplify new market trends.
