Mô tả công việc
* Job Purpose or Summary:
- Develop Pharmacity Branded products to deliver sales & profit contribution in line with the annual P&L
* Main Responsibilities:
* ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Develop divisional/departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
- Develop divisional/departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
- Set targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
- Build-up and develop the team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees' competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
- Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function;
- Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
- Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;
- Strive to reach the Company's Vision and live with our Core Values: Integrity - Be Cause In The Matter - Data Driven - Service Culture - Customer Experience.
* PMC BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Create and deliver an annual plan of New Products to the range that meet Customer needs and supports the sales participation growth of Own Brand against agree KPIs;
- Negotiate with Suppliers to optimize Costs and MOQs for new and existing products;
- Find new sources of supply to ensure we have suitable
sources for product that meet our quality and ethical expectations;
- Ensure Launch of new products is on time and launches effectively, with great staff and customer engagement;
- Brand manage products in terms of pricing, marketing, promotions;
- Minimize out of stock issues, by forecasting to suppliers, managing risk of suppliers;
- Manage Life cycle of products and brands - discontinue quickly with low risk if products aren't working, redevelop and relaunch when needed to improve sales.

Yêu cầu công việc
* Requirements:
- Professional major : Economic, Finance, Commercial
- 2nd language ability : Good at English
- Computer usage ability : All usual Microsoft office programs
- Related experiences: 5years+ in product development, preferable in retail own brand
- Essential Capabilities:
* Negotiation skills
- Sourcing skills and experience
- Understanding of Manufacturing
- Brand management, Project management skills
- Understanding of Pricing and promotion to drive sales
- Additional Notes: Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset
