Identify, negotiate, and manage brand sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and strengthen corporate reputation.
Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with the company's values.
Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to provide insights for business and marketing decisions.
Lead the planning and execution of the annual National Dealer Convention.
Manage external agencies, marketing budgets, project timelines, and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, or related functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Industry Background: Experience in Home Appliances, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Electronics/Home Living is highly preferred.
Strategic Thinking: Strong capability in long-term planning with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Professional proficiency in English is required.
