Mô tả công việc
Campaign planning & research (30%):
Research and analyze the market, competitors to update information on the market, users, new trends to apply to marketing campaigns.
Brainstorm, create, propose Marketing ideas and communication to complete campaign objectives.
Support overall MKT plan development for each campaign.
Campaign management & execution (70%):
Scouting, shortlisting and contacting partners to implement communication items.
Compile and process documents, contracts related to the project.
Participate in controlling the workflow to ensure the project is executed on schedule and with quality (meeting/recap/monitoring working process/quality control...)
Collaborate with internal departments to implement activities.
Support to create communication materials (content, design...)
Support organizing events such as gaming tournaments, conferences, activation activities to create interest and attention to the company's mobile games.
Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Yêu cầu công việc
Senior or fresh graduate students studying majors related to marketing, communication, or business administration.
Sound knowledge of marketing and communication.
Proficient in using office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Being able to use creative tools is a plus (premiere, Photoshop, capcut, canva...).
Good time management skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to think strategically and develop new marketing strategies.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Passionate and knowledgeable about technology products, games, especially mobile games.
