1. Brand Developing & Communication :
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives and strategies.
• In charging POSM, MKT collaterals in North
• Implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
• Assist in the development, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns (product launching/events...)
• Proactively build relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Architect Association, Real Estate Partners,
Developers & Architects for sponsorship and co-branding activities
2. Market Analysis
• Customer segment group research for market segmentation analysis to determine market segment requirements
3. Communication skills
• This employee is expected to possess communications skills to ensure effective communications to segmented customers and perform mutual cross-functions with other departments such as Specification, Project Sales and Technical.
4. Professionalism
• This person requires a basic level of professionalism since his/her external customers are architects/ contractors and developers who are sophisticated.
5. Customer-driven
• Results are important in increasing the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. He/she will develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
