1. Marketing Branding
Develop and implement the marketing plan of our brands to achieve our lead target;
Identify advertising goals, propose appropriate media and communications, and allocate resources for effective, economical, and suitable advertising campaigns to target consumers;
Assist in Planning and executing of all communications and media actions on all channels;
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand management decisions;
Collaborating with internal and external team to ensure consistency in the company's brand messaging and positioning.
2. Project Management
Be proactive and ensure excellent execution of launching plan and expansion plan; desire for the best quality outcome with strong ambition to deliver overall excellent results for business, especially for strong areas that we have to win in the market;
Assist in working and follow up with Agencies and/or internal departments in developing TVC, POSM, Event/Activation/Partnership;
Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits;
Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure projects are done properly and at high quality;
Supporting with reports and analyses across campaigns, using data to drive better results through an approach with rapid testing and learning;
Other tasks & report directly to
Marketing Manager.
3. AI-Driven Marketing Execution
Able to leverage AI tools to:
Generate and test multiple creative variations (ads, hooks, scripts);
Simulate customer personas to evaluate messaging before launching campaigns;
Summarize insights from customer data (comments, messages, transcripts);
Support rapid testing and iteration of marketing ideas.
Apply AI in daily workflow to increase speed, output quality, and experimentation capability;
Continuously explore and propose new AI-driven approaches to improve:
Content production;
Ad performance;
Customer understanding.
2 years of experience in Marketing,
Business Development, especially in the Education or Retail/FMCG (Mom&Baby/Kids at young ages) sector;
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM system;
Basic English skill;
Analytical skills with ability to create and deliver presentations;
Ability to work independently and proactively, with an exceptional sense of ownership and responsibilities;
Ability to negotiate and understand of marketing skills;
Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams;
Passionate about expanding connections;
Self-motivated and result-oriented, desire to deliver results;
Familiarity with AI tools and apply them in daily marketing work;
Ability to write clear prompts and iterate AI-generated outputs to produce high-quality marketing content;
Proactive in leveraging AI to improve productivity, speed, and effectiveness in marketing execution.

Experienced/ Knowledge in Online Marketing;
Passion in Education;
Familiar with the Education or Edtech market and to have the ability to leverage local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
Experience using AI for social media content, community building, or short-form video;
Experience applying AI in creative testing, customer insight analysis, or marketing optimization workflows;
