We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist for HouseNow Vietnam, located in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Vietnam. In this role, you will hold a key position in shaping and executing the brand's marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in building compelling content and executing impactful social media campaigns. We are looking for someone who loves tech products, even better if you are interested in Prop-tech and Real Estate:
Lead and support the development of brand campaigns with fresh, unconventional ideas that break through the noise and resonate with target audiences
Translate brand strategy into creative, bold executions across digital, social and offline channels - always challenging the norm and pushing boundaries
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product,...) to ensure all brand touch points are visually striking, emotionally engaging and strategically aligned
Continuously generate and pitch innovative campaign concepts, storytelling angles and content formats that differentiate the brand in a crowded market
Conduct market, consumer and cultural trend research to uncover unique insights that inform and inspire creative planning
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying a test-learn-iterate mindset to continuously elevate creative impact
Contribute to brand events, activations and partnerships with a strong creative POV and detail-oriented execution
Actively seek and share inspiration from other industries, campaigns or cultural moments to fuel the team's creativity and ideation process
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy or campaign development
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with a portfolio or examples that show concept-driven, out-of-the-box work
Strong storytelling skills - both visually and verbally - with a clear understanding of brand voice, tone and emotional resonance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and big ideas
Solid understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, experiential, content) and how to tailor creative for each
Hands-on experience with campaign planning, ideation workshops or creative brainstorming sessions
Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) is a plus
A self-starter who challenges assumptions, stays curious and always asks, "What if we did it differently?
