Act as the development owner for assigned brands, turning Brand/T1 requests into clear internal briefs.
Interpret Tech Packs, BOMs and specifications; assess feasibility with Technical and Production teams.
Manage the full sample lifecycle (Proto, SMS, Confirmation, PP, Approval) via the Sample Development Tracker.
Coordinate Lab Dips and colour approval; control color standards and golden samples.
Define test requirements and drive testing, corrective actions and RSL/MRSL compliance with QA/Lab.
Serve as the technical and timeline contact for Brands and T1s; join seasonal, material and sample reviews.
Hand over complete development packages to Production/QA and support production readiness for bulk.
Maintain a traceable development library (samples, swatches, test reports) for future seasons.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College/University degree in Textile, Yarn & Weaving, Dyeing, Materials or a related field.
2-3+ years in product, sample or material development (footwear, apparel, trims or textiles).
Solid textile/material knowledge; able to read technical specs and work closely with technical teams.
Good English: reads Tech Packs and test reports; communicates and joins meetings with Brands.
Strong planning skills to run multiple developments against season deadlines.
Root-cause problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in Excel; PLM/ERP or Brand Portal experience is a plus.
Experience with international brands (Nike, Adidas, Dr. Martens, Decathlon or equivalent) preferred.
