Mô tả công việc
Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation, customer loyalty
Keep constant tabs on competitors and what campaigns are relevant to our target audience.
Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective trade marketing programs, including trade promotions, in-store displays, and merchandising strategies to boost product sales.
Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Generate creative materials, templates and collaterals, and customer awareness.
Forecast emerging market needs and Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future marketing initiatives.
Implement activities that develop organizational capabilities to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
Maintain customer acquisition and retention programs.
Create visually compelling marketing materials, including graphic design, and execute marketing campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness and drive online and offline sales.
Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and other online platforms.
Develop and Implement SEO strategies to improve the company's visibility in online searches within the Vietnamese market.
Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and webinars where company representatives can showcase their expertise.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Building, encouraging and maintaining strong business partnerships with retailers
Responsibly educating retailers on product and category knowledge as well as on trading terms.
Ensuring execution of strategies and campaigns for all retailers are achieved within your patch.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related fields.
At least experience 3 years of experience in marketing.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the FMCG and F&B fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English both oral and written is a plus.
Priority is given to candidates who can accept the job immediately
