Bridge Software Engineer - brse upto 3000

Position Description

As a critical role in Science's success, we are looking for a Bridge Software Engineer to join our team. Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) is the person who connects between the customer and the project team. By using excellent communication skills and technical expertise, BrSE helps smoothly implement the project work, aim at the end result is a successful project handover, bringing satisfaction to customers.

Responsibilities and Performance Objectives

• Work with Japanese project manager and customer to get project information, and required documents, confirm the information, and report to the customer the project progress according to different types of reports.
• Work with the project team to understand project business documents, confirm requirements with customers, and perform system analysis and design.
• Collaborate with sales staff to estimate project implementation efforts and make quotes for customers.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and monitor project progress.
• Check the quality of the project's output products before delivering them to customers.
• Act as a bridge to exchange with customers, Q&A, solve problems arising in the project, and problems after handover.

Skills and Experience Required

Must Skill

• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar job
• Experienced analysis requirement, Basic Design, and Detail Design Writing
• Japanese language: N2- (Required)
• Have knowledge about Web development
• Strong in negotiation, communication skills, complex problem solving, time management
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Critical thinking, teamwork mindset, and service orientation (actively seeking ways

Prefer to Have

• Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Good English, teamwork, and reliability
• Good knowledge about cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud or MS Azure (having certificates such as AWS association or professional is a big plus).
• AI technology knowledge is a plus (not a must).
