1. JOBS DESCRIPTION:
- Directly communicate with clients via email, skype (or chartwork tool) to meet requirements
- Manage project timeline, report to clients on a regular basis, and manage project performance
- Project forms: all web-application systems (using PHP, Java, ASP, NET language), mobile (iOS, Android, Flluter)
- Working as a Bridge Software Engineer on a customer site
- Analyzing requirements, investigating, and proposing solutions
- Creating basic design, and detailed design as needed
- Review UT, ST, and IT as needed
- Support customers perform UAT
- Communicating requirements, and supporting the offshore team in solution implementation
- Offshore product quality control
- Reporting status/ issues to customers and NTQ Korea direct manager.
2. REQUIREMENT:
- Good communication in Korea
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as BrSE/ Teamleader/ Project Manager
- Experience and proficiency in one of the programming languages PHP/Java/.Net/Mobile,ReactJS, Frontend,......
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Understanding of Korean culture and working style
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in Korea
