Mô tả công việc
Role Purpose:
• This role performs analysis, data-driven insights and reports to the Commercial team, other functional teams and external key stakeholders including but not limited to sales demand forecasting, sales and revenue analytics & reporting to improve commercial functional effectiveness that drives sustainable and profitable business growth.
• This role also execute and adopt process improvement, best practice and automated dashboards/reporting tools adoption and embedding for enhanced efficiency in the Commercial team in a relevant, timely and accurate manner.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
1. Sales Demand Forecasting
o Collect and consolidate sales demand and market intelligence, factor them in the sales forecasting process and submit sales demand forecast proposal for approval
o Submit the approved sales demand forecast into the relevant systems timely
o Monitor and track actual sales flow versus signed off sales forecast plan; and collaborate and align with Demand Planning team and relevant key stakeholders to ensure grey yarn and related raw materials and components are accurately and efficiently available to support customer orders as customer requested
o Prepare and report weekly forecasting or latest forecasting view to Commercial key stakeholders to support changes or decision making as required
2. Sales Analysis and Reporting
o Perform sales analysis and reporting periodically timely and accurately to support pre-sales, during-sales and after-sales stage. Few examples of these reports are daily sales report, monthly sales report, monthly global accounts and domestic accounts sales report [protected info] the adoption of best practices with reporting tools, dashboards and systems
o Use data-driven insights methodology (Define Goals, Collect Data, Analyze Date & Visualize Data) to provide, translate data into actionable metrics and insights to enable the Commercial Team to drive sales and profit performance
o Co-work with different functional teams to acquire data as needed for comprehensive and accurate sales & customer analysis and reporting
o Ensure customer-specific analysis and reporting are delivered as per the needs and requirement of customers
o Identify sales discrepancies and issues, report and propose resolutions
3. Other Supports
o Support the Commercial team and othe functional teams to self-help by adopting available dashboards and reporting tools whenever applicable
o Support ad-hoc analysis, reports, customer surveys as requested for internal review or external requirement from customers

Yêu cầu
• Knowledge of Coats business model, structure and systems
• Experience in applying technology-driven and data-driven insights
• Good command of speaking and written English and Chinese
• Software Proficiency: MS (Word, Excel, Power Point) in advance
• VBA or Power BI would be advantage
