Consolidate and analyze project updates from subsidiaries; prepare clear and insightful reports.
Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.
Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements, assess proposed solutions, and track execution progress.
Oversee SaaS platform implementations, big data initiatives, and enterprise software rollouts (ERP, CRM, HRM).
Manage communication with vendors and partners, including contract tracking and documentation.
Prepare presentation materials and briefings for strategic meetings and technology-related events.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Program Manager in tech, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and foundational AI/ML concepts.
Exposure to data analytics, cloud computing, and automation tools.
Familiar with ERP, CRM, HRM systems; SaaS architecture; and big data platforms.
Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and API integrations.
Languages: Excellent English is required
