Receive product and service requirements for IT
Perform business analysis, clarify requirements, and align with stakeholders
Develop analysis documents, specify requirements, and model business processes
Participate in supervising the testing process to ensure the IT system meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
Job requirements
Graduate from accredited universities, either domestic or international
Major: Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Accounting, Finance, Banking
At least 1 year of experience in business analysis at Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporations, or IT Companies
Preference for candidates with project management experience
General knowledge of banking and in-depth understanding of banking operations
Familiarity with/experience in banking operations. Experience working with T24, Kondor, Way4 systems is an advantage
Advantageous if the candidate has experience working with Agile methodologies.
Proficient in Chinese communication skills; candidates holding HSK Level 4 or above are preferred.
