* Job Purpose:
- Reporting to the Business Controller. Supporting budgetary & planning activities of function in-charge within Commercial. Partnering with Commercial teams to make optimal business decisions and ensuring compliance to regulatory and financial control.
* Job description:
- Analyzing and evaluating commercial proposals to support commercial control activities. Control and manage Commercial activities data on finance system
- Monitor and analyze commercial spending vs budget to support superior in evaluating spending status to provide appropriate decision/actions
- Guiding, advising commercial teams in their activities to ensure the compliance of commercial processes and procedures with the prevailing company policies.
- Preparing of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for use in managerial decision-making.
- Conduct financial analysis of commercial projects to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment
- Develop analytical plans and ad-hoc analyses to support the short-term tactical as well as long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze Value Chain, develop needed Business Case
- Business partner to Commercial team which involves market visit, builds knowledge and gain insights to contribute to the commercial project success
- Perform related duties and other tasks may be assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in FMCG commercial finance, auditing, management reporting & budgeting
- 1+ relevant experience in FMCG is preferable.
- Excellence English communication
- Readiness to work in cooperation with peers from other functions within the organization.
- Self-motivated professional, pro-active and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset of continuous improvement and not just settle for status quo
Highly developed numerical, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to develop innovative insights from analysis/ research and make actionable recommendations.
- Ability to analyze issues from a micro and macro point of view and organize data for analysis and presentation.
- Other: Exposure with new business insight system/tool:, PowerBI
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in FMCG commercial finance, auditing, management reporting & budgeting
- 1+ relevant experience in FMCG is preferable.
