JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients, business users, and key stakeholders.
Create and maintain business analysis artifacts, including BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Analyze, model, and optimize business processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for development teams.
Conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis and recommend suitable solutions to address business needs.
Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and deployment activities.
Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, and Documentation.
Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Proven experience in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and UAT support.
Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business requirements.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Business-level English proficiency (B2+ or above), with the ability to communicate effectively and produce professional documentation in English.
Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, or related domains are highly preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of financial services processes such as lending, payments, risk management, or other financial products is an advantage.
Experience working with SQL, APIs, BPMN, or UML.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
