About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Profitability Management (Profitability Framework). The candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technical implementation, delivering profitability and cost allocation solutions for Financial Services and Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, Risk, HR, Admin, Procurement, IT, Operation...) to gather and document detailed business requirements related to profitability, cost allocation, and financial analytics.
- Analyze and design profitability models across multiple dimensions (e.g., product, customer, branch, channel).
- Define allocation methodologies for revenue and cost (direct, indirect, driver-based allocations...).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for developing.
- Work closely with technical teams to define Data sourcing, Data modeling and mapping, allocation rules, profitability calculations
- Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy between source systems and Profitability system.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test case preparation and defect resolution.
- Participate in end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability analytics using best practices and advanced methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or key users for profitability management in banking/financial services.
- Understanding:
- Financial products (loans, deposits, cards, treasury, etc.)
- Banking accounting and financial reporting concepts
- Experience working with:
- Large data volumes
- Complex financial datasets
