Job Description

Communicate with customers to get requirements and perform business analysis
Unify the list of business requirements with the customer and transmit it to the project team
Participate in survey, research, analysis, software design, process building
Advising customers on management and optimization software solutions
Develop document specifying business requirements, develop project proposal (proposal)
Development of user manuals and end-user training
Data quality management
Report and summarize survey and analysis results for PM and Director

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a BA in software companies, prefer banking finance
Have an understanding of the software production process, the requirements process and the analysis, design, software deployment
Have good writing skills, logical thinking
Communication skills, customer care
Good English Communication
Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members, logical thinking
