Work with Product Managers to gather / clarify requirements and business goals and build initial wireframe
Build technical specification documents, to meet business and user requirements, and keep product and process documentation up to date.
Works with the Technical teams to understand technical approach.
Assist to make the communication & information transparent between team members.
Writes the Jira tasks and works with the Dev team to come up with estimations.
Assigns complete and estimated tasks to Project Manager for project timeline planning.
Creates and updates product and process documentation.
Carry out and monitor features from the beginning of the implementation until the features is trained and handled over to support team.
That has the ability, drive and confidence to help implement new BA processes and lead a small team of BAs in the future.
