Mô tả công việc
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
• Coordinate a team of Business Analysts to ensure effective delivery of project objectives.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, estimating, and tracking project progress.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product backlogs and address any issues promptly.
• Partner with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX flows.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Yêu cầu
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry
• Have a bachelor's degree in English, business administration/ Marketing, Computer Science, or practical experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with UI, UX principles, and best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or API design (preferred).
• Fluent in English.
