We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth and enhancement of our AI-powered talent matching platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business needs, user requirements, and technical implementation across our organization.

Work closely with the Product Manager to analyze high level requirements and business needs, translate them into features and functional solutions, and flesh out the details of the technical requirements.
Learn from and conduct user research across various user groups (Customers, Candidates, HR, Sales) on a continuing basis to develop and optimize platform features.
Work closely with the UI/UX designer to design the UI for the new features.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of requirements among cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA/QC, and Project Management.
REQUIREMENTS

Highly motivated and willing to adapt to the demanding environment of a rapidly growing startup.
Ability to communicate problems and solutions in a concise and well-spoken manner in English, and proactively express his/her opinions without fear to senior executives within the company.
4th year student or a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields from a top Vietnamese university and/ or top university around the world.
1+ years of experience in business analytics and documenting technical requirements.
Basic understanding of technical development processes and proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and address issues effectively while collaborating autonomously with diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to improve user experience.
Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)

12 - 20M VND Gross/Month

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work.
Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
Sole Employment: No second job is permitted.
