Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document accounting business processes for software development
Work directly with clients to gather requirements and understand challenges in current accounting workflows
Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, and user stories for the development team
Design and validate business processes related to Chart of Accounts, financial reporting, and other accounting procedures
Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure proper implementation of accounting features
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to recommend product improvements
Participate in testing processes to ensure the software adheres to accounting principles

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial platforms
Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and international standards (IFRS/GAAP) is a must
In-depth understanding of Chart of Accounts structure and principles, accounting cycles, and financial reporting
Familiarity with Vietnamese accounting regulations, particularly Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC and Circular 88/2023/TT-BTC regarding chart of accounts implementation and financial statement templates
Experience in documenting business processes and software requirements
Effective communication skills with both technical teams and non-IT users
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to visualize and report complex information
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in accounting, finance, or information technology
Experience with POS systems and retail operations
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence
Understanding of SQL and databases
Practical experience implementing accounting systems that comply with Vietnamese Ministry of Finance regulations
