Task Preparation and Management: Break down projects into manageable tasks, preparing detailed briefs for the development team. Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and client urgency.
Developer Guidance: Clearly explain tasks and requirements to the development team, ensuring a thorough understanding of project goals and client expectations. Serve as a liaison between the client and the development team to clarify any questions and provide additional insights as needed.
Project Follow-up: Closely monitor project progress in collaboration with the development team, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track. Regularly update clients on progress and manage any changes or challenges that arise during the development phase.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1.5+ years of working experience as Business Analyst.
Use English fluently.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a marketing or technology setting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in writing clear and effective project documentation and development guides.
Ability to work closely with development teams, understanding technical challenges and proposing solutions.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
