Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Document business requirements (BRD, SRS) and propose appropriate solutions.
Assist in designing business processes, data flows, and user experience workflows.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) before deployment.
Train and guide end-users on system functionalities.
Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend improvements.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, BPM (Business Process Management), and software technology.
Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly define business processes and system requirements.
Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in ERP, CRM, finance, or e-commerce projects is preferred.
Good English skills are an advantage
